The staff was lovely and very understanding. They helped me with my luggage and assisted me in every way they could. I was given complimentary drinks, and the room service exceeded my expectations. The food was AMAZING!!!

The bathroom had no ventilation system. There was no shower door. So water splashed all over the floor when showering. this made the entire bathroom very damp.

the room was boiling hot even with the air conditioning on low thin pillows were provided also the sofa bed was terribly thin it was uncomfortable for the kids. i had to wait to check in even though it was after the stated check-in time the front desk staff seemed disorganized i felt really annoyed. the body wash in the shower was empty the tv didn't work.

I received an upgrade to a premium king room. the room seemed recently updated. breakfast offered a good selection. the hotel is a short walk to the station. This made getting downtown easy. i appreciated the transport network and parking.
